Position Overview

This role entails supporting the management and coordination of technical development projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Effectively manage project timelines, resources, and financials.
  • Develop and oversee the comprehensive project schedule to align various functional areas with project milestones.
  • Facilitate collaboration among cross-functional teams to track progress and address concerns.
  • Interpret complex data sets to derive insights and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Present data findings and insights to senior management.
  • Conduct in-depth data analysis to identify trends and areas for enhancement.
  • Identify and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies.
  • Create and maintain data visualizations, dashboards, and reports to support data-driven decision-making.
  • Establish and manage project spaces using Atlassian tools (Confluence/JIRA).
  • Coordinate development confirmation events to track hardware and software progress.
  • Gather and relay test time requests to the project team.
  • Communicate project updates, status reports, and risks to stakeholders.
  • Conduct reviews to assess outcomes and facilitate decision-making within the project team.


Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Degree in Computer Science or Engineering (IT preferred).
  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
  • Preferred certification in PMP or equivalent training.
  • Proven experience in schedule creation and management.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to create effective presentation materials.

Work Environment

  • Work involves a mix of sitting, vehicle testing, standing, and walking.
  • Exposure to various environmental conditions, including flammable gases and extreme temperatures.
