  • Bookkeeping & Data Entry: Accurately maintain financial records, process payments, and manage data entry tasks related to client invoicing and scheduling.
  • Scheduling: Coordinate appointments with clients and the production team, ensuring efficient use of time and resources.
  • Invoicing Clients: Handle client invoicing promptly and accurately.
  • Multitasking: Juggle multiple tasks efficiently, from assisting sales teams to coordinating with production schedules.
  • Microsoft Excel: Proficiently create and run weekly and monthly reports using Excel for management review.
