Job Summary

The Administrative Services Coordinator will oversee various administrative tasks in the front office area, reporting directly to and assisting the Administrator. This role plays a crucial part in effectively communicating with patients, colleagues, and other team members, ultimately contributing to Suncrest's mission of providing exceptional care and customer service.

Responsibilities
  • Communicate effectively with patients, co-workers, and other team personnel
  • Monitor and self-correct own work processes and outcomes as well as apply feedback from others to improve performance
  • Balance team and individual responsibilities; exhibit objectivity and openness to others' views
  • Multitask in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Perform various administrative duties including ordering, maintaining, and tracking medical supplies
Requirements
  • A self-motivated team player with strong and effective communication skills
  • Demonstrate accuracy and thoroughness; looking for ways to improve and promote quality
  • Possess technological proficiency including extensive software/computer skills
  • Excellent customer service skills and general understanding of administrative principles
  • Able to type 50 words per minute; answer telephone inquiries; assist with bereavement letters and orientations
