We are seeking a highly skilled Administrative Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing administrative support, customer service, and data entry and bookkeeping.

Responsibilities:

  • Administrative Support:
    • Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and messages.
    • Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date records and databases.
    • Prepare and distribute documents, reports, and correspondence.
  • Customer Service:
    • Respond to customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service.
    • Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
  • Data Entry and Bookkeeping:
    • Enter and maintain accurate financial data, including invoices, payments, and expenses.
    • Assist with bookkeeping and accounting tasks.
  • Special Projects:
    • Assist with special projects, events, and initiatives as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Education:
    • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Office Administration, or a related field preferred.
  • Experience:
    • 0-2 years of experience in office administration, customer service, or a related field.
  • Skills:
    • Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
    • Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software and scheduling systems.
