Administrative Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled Administrative Coordinator to join our team at Vaco. As an Administrative Coordinator, you will provide exceptional support to our leadership and contribute to the smooth operation of our office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to assigned leadership
- Research and coordinate moderately complex administrative assignments
- Coordinate activities between departments and outside parties
- Contact staff at all organizational levels to gather information
- Prepare internal and external correspondence, reports, and memos
Your qualifications include:
- Minimum 3 years administrative experience
- Proficient user of Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- General understanding of own work and how it impacts the division
- Proficient verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to research, interpret, and analyze information
The estimated salary for this role is $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
