Position Overview:

We appreciate your interest in becoming a part of ABC Training Center.

We are looking for a Student Services Administrator who will play a crucial role in our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming phone inquiries on the main line of the organization.
  • Oversee, manage, and reply to student emails promptly.
  • Facilitate school administrative functions and various educational initiatives.
  • Conduct general office tasks including filing and data management.
  • Maintain student records across multiple classes, with responsibilities shared among representatives.
  • Manage daily interactions with students effectively.
  • Assist in scheduling state assessments for students and provide necessary check-in services.
  • Update and maintain basic student information through data entry.
  • Address customer inquiries regarding our educational programs.
  • Process student payments both online and in-person.
  • Revise and update student profiles as needed.
  • Administer, score, and report on various assessments for individuals.
  • Collaborate with the Admissions Department.
  • Work alongside the Director of Education.
  • Assist in processing student tuition payments.
  • Perform other essential office duties as required.

The ideal candidate will be required to obtain a BPSS Agents License, with support provided throughout the process.

Work Schedule:

Monday to Thursday from 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM and Friday from 8:30 AM to 1:00 PM.
