Job Summary:
As a Front Desk Staff member at Essen Medical Associates, you will serve as the initial point of contact for our patients and visitors. Your key responsibilities will encompass:

  • Welcoming patients and creating a warm, inviting atmosphere.
  • Managing incoming calls and addressing patient inquiries with professionalism.
  • Scheduling appointments and confirming patient visits.
  • Maintaining accurate patient records and facilitating smooth check-in and check-out processes.
  • Collaborating with healthcare professionals to enhance patient flow.
  • Collecting patient copayments and ensuring all administrative tasks are completed promptly.

Key Responsibilities:
In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing assistance to patients upon arrival and ensuring a positive experience.
  • Communicating effectively with patients regarding their appointments and healthcare needs.
  • Handling administrative duties, including processing patient information and managing office supplies.

Qualifications:
