Position Overview:

We are looking for a Student Services Administrator who will play a vital role in our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming calls on the main line of the organization.
  • Oversee, manage, and reply to student inquiries via email.
  • Facilitate administrative services and various educational initiatives.
  • Conduct general office tasks, including filing and data entry.
  • Maintain student records across multiple classes.
  • Manage daily interactions with students effectively.
  • Assist in scheduling state assessments for students and provide check-in services.
  • Update basic student information through data entry.
  • Address customer inquiries regarding our educational programs.
  • Process student payments both online and in person.
  • Revise and update student profiles as necessary.
  • Administer, score, and report on various assessments.
  • Collaborate with the Admissions Department.
  • Work closely with the Director of Education.
  • Assist in processing student tuition payments.
  • Perform other general office duties as required.

Qualifications:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a people-oriented approach.
  • Ability to type quickly and accurately.
  • Motivated to work diligently and achieve success.
  • Passionate about helping others succeed.

The ideal candidate will be required to obtain a BPSS Agents License, and we will provide assistance throughout this process.

Work Schedule:

Monday to Thursday from 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM and Friday from 8:30 AM to 1:00 PM.
