Overview

As a vital member of our team, the Customer Service Coordinator is responsible for welcoming visitors and managing incoming communications at our dealership. This role involves understanding the needs of callers and directing them appropriately while providing essential information.

Key Responsibilities
  • Welcomes customers entering the dealership and assesses their needs.
  • Guides customers to the right department, alerts the relevant personnel, and introduces them to sales representatives.
  • Handles incoming phone calls, directing them to the correct department or individual, or taking detailed messages as necessary.
  • Interacts with callers and visitors in a courteous, professional, and efficient manner.
  • Collects basic demographic details from customers using established methods.
  • Inputs data into the customer tracking system and generates weekly reports for management review.
  • Ensures timely communication of messages to the appropriate individuals.
  • Prepares memos, correspondence, reports, and other documentation as required.
  • Assists service customers during peak times as needed.
  • Supports clerical tasks as requested.
  • Maintains a professional appearance at all times.

Qualifications
