- Maintain a positive demeanor and professional rapport with guests, utilizing their names when possible.
- Efficiently manage visitor entries using the designated system to generate visitor passes.
- Review and update the visitor list daily to ensure accuracy and readiness.
- Engage actively with guests, identifying their needs and responding promptly to requests.
- Escort guests to their designated areas as necessary.
- Communicate with professionalism, ensuring accurate information is conveyed.
- Maintain a proactive and positive attitude in all interactions with guests and team members.
- Collaborate effectively with colleagues and vendor teams, taking ownership of assigned tasks.
- Adapt to changing business priorities and assist as needed during peak periods.
- Conduct regular checks of the lobby area for maintenance issues and report them accordingly.
- Prepare for large group arrivals by reviewing the visitor schedule and flagging significant events.
- Work closely with security personnel to understand visitor management protocols and emergency procedures.
- Ensure the lobby area is always maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and professionalism.
- Anticipate guest needs and follow up to consistently exceed their expectations.
- Stay informed about local attractions and points of interest to assist guests effectively.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in corporate or hotel hospitality, particularly in guest services.
- Familiarity with basic front office operations to assist guests with inquiries.
- Ability to thrive under pressure while managing multiple guest requests.
- Strong organizational skills with the capability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Maintain composure in stressful situations while providing a welcoming atmosphere.
- Flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Professional appearance and demeanor, creating a five-star impression daily.
- Willingness to adapt to additional responsibilities as needed.
- 1-5 years of relevant experience; CPR certification is a plus.
