Responsibilities:
- Conduct surgical procedures as necessary for patients with various surgical conditions.
- Evaluate and devise treatment plans for patients in a clinical environment.
- Perform complex surgical operations, including but not limited to Endoscopy, Head and Neck surgeries, Intensive Care Management, and diagnostic procedures, utilizing advanced techniques such as mechanical and electrocautery methods for tissue excision, coagulation, and repair.
- Oversee and recommend on-the-job training, career advancement, and professional development initiatives.- Provide after-hours and weekend coverage for the General Surgery Service Clinic, collaborating with fellow surgeons.
- Offer guidance and support to staff on both operational and administrative matters.
- Execute additional responsibilities as assigned.
