Your Role as Vice President of People Operations

Key Responsibilities
- Formulate and execute the Human Resource strategy in collaboration with the leadership team.
- Oversee recruitment initiatives to attract a skilled and diverse workforce that aligns with the organization’s evolving needs.
- Enhance the employee experience through engagement programs, professional development opportunities, and comprehensive benefits.
- Manage human resources, compensation, and benefits programs to support organizational objectives.
- Stay informed about industry trends and best practices by participating in relevant seminars and training sessions.
- Lead the implementation of HR systems and processes.
- Report directly to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO).

Qualifications and Skills
- A strong commitment to patient care and consumer advocacy.
- 10-15 years of progressive experience in Human Resources, ideally within the healthcare sector.
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Healthcare Administration, or a related field is required; a Master’s in Business Management with a focus on Health Care Administration is preferred.
- Strategic thinker with a balance of strategic planning and operational execution skills.
- Proven success in developing innovative talent strategies and leveraging data for informed decision-making.
- Proficiency in HR systems and analytics.
- A history of positively influencing organizational culture and driving successful change.
- A collaborative team player with excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
