POSITION OVERVIEW

In this role, you will provide comprehensive administrative assistance to a department director, ensuring the smooth operation of various functions that require exceptional judgment, professionalism, and confidentiality. Your ability to communicate effectively and maintain composure in various situations will be essential.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Deliver high-level administrative support, including managing schedules and coordinating meetings.
  • Exercise discretion and maintain confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
  • Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic work environment.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned to support departmental operations.

QUALIFICATIONS

Applicants must possess a high school diploma or GED (verification of education is required) along with a minimum of four (4) years of experience in a secretarial or administrative capacity. A valid Florida driver's license is also necessary.
