**Key Responsibilities and Expectations:**

  • Facilitating approved provider schedule changes in electronic medical records
  • Managing AMION and TeleMed provider schedules
  • Monitoring physicians' schedules, adjusting for vacation times, and updating pod mapping
  • Overseeing office supply inventory and ensuring adequate stock levels

**Requirements and Qualifications:**

  • Associate's degree in Business or related field preferred, not required
  • Previous administrative experience in a medical office environment
  • Good professional judgment skills and ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

**Salary Estimate:** $55,000 - $70,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
