Senior Administrative Professional

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Senior Administrative Professional to join our team at InterMed. In this role, you will provide administrative support to our medical staff, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.
Job Summary:This is a 5-day a week position that requires a high level of professionalism, discretion, and excellent communication skills. As a Senior Administrative Professional, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day activities of our office, including scheduling, data entry, and correspondence.
Responsibilities:- Manage and maintain accurate provider schedules in electronic medical records
- Coordinate with IT to resolve technical issues and ensure seamless functionality of office systems
- Maintain inventory levels of office supplies and materials
- Provide exceptional customer service to patients, staff, and visitors
- Assist with coordination of staff meetings and continuing education events
- Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity
- Associate's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
- 3+ years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in a medical office setting
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team
