Administrative Assistant

This Administrative Assistant - Case Management position is a key member of our Managed Care Department, responsible for performing administrative tasks to support the case management process and managed care programs. The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or equivalent and a minimum of 1-2 years of customer service and/or administrative support experience within a fast-paced office environment, with experience in a clinical or medical setting being preferred. This role requires strong attention to detail, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to learn multiple computer applications quickly.
We offer a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance options, dental insurance options, vision insurance, employee life insurance/AD&D, short-term & long-term disability, health savings account, flexible medical and dependent care account, accident insurance, critical illness insurance, employee assistance program, legal/identity theft insurance options, long term care insurance, pet insurance, and a 401(k) retirement plan with match up to 5%, plus profit sharing & discretionary contributions (subject to vesting).
