About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Property Administration Coordinator to join our team at SHP Management Corp. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced professional to utilize their skills and expertise in property administration.

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing clerical support to the Property Manager, including answering telephones, greeting tenants and visitors, typing, filing, and preparation of reports. This role requires excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Assist the Property Manager in the administration of the property, including managing rent collections, preparing reports, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Coordinate tenant move-ins and move-outs, ensuring a smooth transition for all parties involved.
  • Perform annual unit inspections and assist with state agency or third-party inspections as required.
  • Handle tenant complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
Qualifications and Skills
  • High School graduate or equivalent.
  • Two years of experience in an administrative position, preferably in property management.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management software such as Real Page or YARDI.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
