Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Office Director to join our team at Atria Senior Living. As a key member of our community, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our business office. This includes financial management, payroll administration, and handling resident concerns.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting and business management, with experience in recruiting, hiring, and training staff. You will also be proficient in Microsoft Office and standard office equipment.

Salary: $23/hourly. Benefits include paid holidays and PTO, health, dental, vision, and life insurance, retirement savings plan/401(k) employer match, and tuition reimbursement (U.S Based Communities).
