Job Summary:

The Assistant Property Manager is a key member of the SHP Management Corp team, responsible for providing administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our properties.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Property Manager in various tasks, including eviction processes, rent collection, and record-keeping.
  • Prepare specifications and bids for contractors as needed.
  • Coordinate tenant move-ins and move-outs efficiently.
  • Perform unit inspections and assist with third-party inspections.
  • Handle tenant complaints and follow up promptly.

Requirements:

  • High School diploma or equivalent required.
  • Two years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Project-based Section 8 or tax credit experience preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management software.
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.

We offer a competitive hourly wage of $23-$25 per hour, ensuring you are fairly compensated for your skills and experience.
