Position Overview

We are seeking a talented Customer Service Representative who will be responsible for managing a significant volume of inbound and outbound communications. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong ability to learn quickly and handle various essential tasks, offering insights, guidance, and assistance with purchases. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are crucial, along with a genuine enthusiasm for customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with clients through calls to understand and resolve their needs, concerns, or issues related to products or services.
  • Provide accurate and efficient responses to customer inquiries, ensuring they feel valued and supported.
  • Practice active listening with customers, confirming details and resolving issues in a calm and professional manner.
  • Foster strong relationships with customers and team members based on trust and reliability.
  • Utilize various software and tools effectively.
  • Strive to meet or exceed performance metrics while delivering consistent customer service.
  • Make product or service recommendations that align with customer needs.
  • Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance knowledge of the company and role.
  • Process customer requests, including forms and orders.
  • Identify and escalate priority issues to management as necessary.
  • Direct incoming calls to the appropriate departments.
  • Follow up on complex customer inquiries as needed.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports in the ERP system.
  • Document customer interactions, inquiries, and resolutions.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to manage administrative tasks.
  • Possess in-depth knowledge of the company's products and services.
  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred.
  • Exceptional customer service skills, including active listening and strong verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Proficient in computer use, particularly ERP software, with strong data entry skills.
  • Excellent time management and decision-making capabilities.
  • 1-3 years of experience in a customer service or call center environment.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of customer service principles and practices.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills.
  • Availability for evening and weekend shifts.
