Essential Duties:

  • Deliver exceptional customer service to guests during their arrival and departure.
  • Manage check-in and check-out processes, including reservations and confirmations.
  • Maintain an organized front desk operation on a daily basis.
  • Exhibit multitasking abilities, attention to detail, and a strong service orientation.
  • Communicate effectively with guests and colleagues, handling mail, phone calls, and written messages, while documenting relevant information.
  • Address guest concerns with professionalism and a welcoming demeanor.
  • Provide accurate information regarding hotel services, features, and room amenities, while coordinating special requests from guests.
  • Adhere to PAH Management's operational policies and procedures, particularly those related to cash and credit card transactions, safety, and security, to consistently exceed guest expectations.

Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in customer service is essential, preferably within the hospitality sector.
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Flexibility in work hours is necessary.
  • Strong proficiency in the English language, encompassing speaking, reading, and writing skills.
  • Ability to adapt quickly and thrive in a fast-paced environment with frequent guest interactions.
  • Capability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to lift, pull, and push moderate weights (minimum of 20 lbs).
  • Capability to bend, lift, and remain standing or walking throughout the shift.
  • Clear communication of information and ideas is essential.
  • Quick and accurate evaluation of alternative courses of action is required.
  • Ability to perform well under stress and in high-pressure situations.
  • Effective listening skills to understand and clarify concerns raised by guests and team members.
  • Willingness to undertake additional tasks as directed by management.
