Part Time Store Leader

As a Part-Time Store Leader at Lucky Brand, you will support the management team to create an exceptional customer experience and drive business results. You will be responsible for executing assigned store operations and maintaining a visually appealing store environment. Your role will also involve creating a positive and engaging work environment that develops and motivates your team members and customers every day. You will be a key player in achieving sales results and growing the business by understanding and demonstrating product knowledge, selling and operational skills. You will also be responsible for engaging with customers to build relationships and brand loyalty using company tools. As a role model to your team members, you will demonstrate the company's values of respect, integrity, teamwork, compassion, accountability, and inclusivity. You will be accountable for assigned tasks and results, and will be expected to learn about all aspects of the business and share ideas to drive growth. You will also be responsible for performing POS transactions on designated shifts and executing supervisor functions in the absence of the Store Manager. You will be required to model our values and maintain a positive and professional attitude. You will also have the opportunity to learn and grow with our company, and will be expected to be flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced retail environment.

Key Responsibilities:

* Support the management team to achieve sales results and grow the business

* Understand and demonstrate product knowledge, selling and operational skills to maximize sales

* Engage with customers to build relationships and brand loyalty using company tools

* Be a role model to team members for the customer experience

* Support the management team to ensure store standards for merchandising and operations are met consistently

* Be accountable for assigned tasks and results

* Learn about all aspects of the business and share ideas to drive growth

* Create a great work environment by maintaining a positive and professional attitude

* Perform POS transactions on designated shifts and execute supervisor functions in the absence of the Store Manager

Requirements:

* Prior supervisory experience in a similar volume, apparel business (preferred)

* Proven track record of exceeding sales and statistical expectations

* Flexible availability to meet the needs of the business (including evenings and weekends)

* May require occasional travel to other store locations (if needed)
