We are a growing medical device manufacturer located in the Manchester Millyard, bringing innovative products to life. Our HR team is expanding, and we need an experienced administrative professional to support our operations.

Job Description:

This role involves providing administrative support to our HR Generalist, maintaining employee confidence, and protecting operations by keeping human resources information confidential. Key responsibilities include:

  • Maintaining accurate employee data in HRIS databases.
  • Assisting with events, catering, talent acquisition, recruitment, background screening, onboarding, employment verifications, and maintaining social media accounts and company website.
  • Other administrative duties as needed.

Salary Range: $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required, Associates or Bachelors in HR or administrative field preferred.
  • Two years of administrative assistant experience required, exposure to HR department preferred.
  • Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, ability to operate general office equipment, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
