The Mental Health Center of Greater Manchester Inc is seeking a highly skilled Rapid Response Coordinator to join our team.

We are committed to providing exceptional care and support to our community, and this role plays a critical part in that mission.

This position will be responsible for coordinating the effective and efficient performance of the Rapid Response Team as they provide psychiatric evaluation and disposition services in various settings.

Key responsibilities include daily operations management, staff supervision, fostering community relationships, recruitment duties, and collaboration with state-wide teams.

A Master's degree in a human services field and minimum 3 years of experience in mental health treatment environments are required. Supervisory experience is preferred, and a valid driver's license with liability insurance is mandatory.

This is a fast-paced, dynamic position requiring flexibility, multi-tasking, and strong crisis management skills. We offer a competitive salary range of $65,000 - $85,000 per annum, depending on experience, along with a comprehensive benefits package including health insurance, dental coverage, vision coverage, PTO, and more.
