About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Coordinator to join our team at DataXoom. This role involves coordinating recruitment, onboarding, and employee experience initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate recruitment processes, including posting job openings and scheduling interviews.
- Onboard new employees and ensure a smooth transition into the organization.
- Provide guidance on HR policies, procedures, and benefits.
- Maintain accurate employee records in the HRIS system.
- Stay up-to-date on labor laws and regulations.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of Human Resource experience
- Associate Degree in Human Resource Management or Business Administration
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Entrepreneurial drive and work ethic
