As an HR Generalist, you will play a key role in supporting the company's growth and success by coordinating recruitment, administration, and performance initiatives.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting in the recruitment process, including posting job openings and scheduling interviews
  • Coordinating onboarding processes for new hires to ensure a smooth transition into the organization
  • Serving as a point of contact for employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits
  • Maintaining and updating employee records in the HRIS (Human Resource Information System)

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of Human Resource experience and a degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or equivalent. Excellent communication and organizational skills are essential for success in this role. The starting salary for this position is estimated to be around $72,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience.
