Senior Service Coordinator

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Service Coordinator to join our team at The Moore Center. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating client services, evaluating client needs, and prioritizing service coordination. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with clients, families, and other stakeholders to ensure that our clients receive the highest level of care and support.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as social work or healthcare administration. A minimum of 1-2 years of experience working in human services is preferred, but we welcome candidates who are new to the field and eager to learn.
