Program Director Lead

Community Resources for Justice is seeking a skilled Program Director to lead our team in delivering high-quality services and ensuring compliance with statutory, agency, and contractual requirements.
The ideal candidate will have experience in supervising administrative systems, contract compliance, reporting, and data collection, as well as developing community resources and relationships.

Job Description- Supports staff with evidence-based practices and programming that reduce recidivism and encourage positive behavior change.
- Supervises administrative systems, contract compliance, reporting, and other data collection, plus ensures compliance with all standards, laws, and ordinances.
- Develops and maintains community, governmental, and other public and private resources and relationships related to particular program.
- BS/BA from an accredited college or university in Criminal Justice, Human Service, or related field. Masters degree preferred.
- Two years relevant work experience, and a minimum of two years in a supervisory position, preferably in a residential, correctional setting.
- Knowledge/experience with policies and procedures, local, state, and federal requirements of ADA, ACA accreditation, EEOC, and other laws and regulations applicable to the program.
$72,500 - $77,500 annually
