Job Overview:
The Moore Center is seeking a dedicated Case Services Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating client services, evaluating client needs, and prioritizing service coordination.
About the Role:
As a Case Services Specialist, you will work closely with clients to understand their needs and develop personalized service plans. You will also be responsible for monitoring client services, ensuring compliance with regulations, and maintaining accurate documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate client needs and prioritize service coordination
- Develop and implement personalized service plans
- Monitor client services and ensure compliance with regulations
- Maintain accurate documentation and track expenses
- Continuously review services and assess appropriateness and progress toward goals
- Negotiate service contracts with vendors that demonstrate quality services
- Assist in decision-making processes related to vendor reimbursement issues
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree preferred; consideration may be given to those with an Associate's degree and a minimum of two years of work experience in human services
- 1-2 years of experience working in human services preferred
