We are seeking a skilled Rapid Response Team Coordinator to join our team at The Mental Health Center of Greater Manchester Inc. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary of approximately $65,000 - $75,000 per year, depending on experience.

The successful candidate will work closely with a team of professionals to provide psychiatric evaluation and disposition services in various settings. Key responsibilities include:

  • Facilitating the effective and efficient performance of the Rapid Response Team
  • Coordinating office-based crisis stabilization and referrals to our Perinatal outpatient clinic
  • Supervising staff and fostering community relationships

To be successful in this role, you will need a Master's degree in a human services field and a minimum of 3 years of experience in a mental health treatment environment. Supervisory experience is preferred.
