Job Title: Sales Executive

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Executive to join our team at CoStar Group. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients, developing and executing sales strategies, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and meet sales targets
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify new business opportunities and develop sales plans
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure client satisfaction
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market developments to inform sales strategies
Requirements:
  • 4+ years of sales experience in commercial real estate or a related field
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
