Are you a driven sales professional seeking a challenging opportunity to grow your income and advance your career? We're looking for a skilled High-Ticket Sales Representative to join our team at AK's Sales Services.

About the Role

This is a full-time position that requires a proven track record of success in closing high-ticket deals. As a Sales Performance Manager, you'll be responsible for managing a sales pipeline, processing payments, and building strong relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Manage a sales pipeline, including lead generation, qualification, and conversion
  • Process payments and send service agreements to clients
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients
  • Attend daily sales huddles and company-wide training events
Requirements
  • Proven experience in sales, especially in remote or high-ticket sales
  • Must be located in North America
  • Available full-time, with a hunger for growth and learning
  • Fluent in English with excellent communication skills
  • Open-minded, coachable, and eager to improve
  • Professional, prompt, and courteous
  • Self-motivated and competitive, driven by success
Compensation
  • 100% commission-based – no base salary, but no ceiling on earnings
  • Earn 5-15% commission on cash collected from closed deals
  • Deal sizes range from $5,000 to $100,000, with uncapped commission potential
