Are you a driven sales professional seeking a challenging opportunity to grow your income and advance your career? We're looking for a skilled High-Ticket Sales Representative to join our team at AK's Sales Services.
About the RoleThis is a full-time position that requires a proven track record of success in closing high-ticket deals. As a Sales Performance Manager, you'll be responsible for managing a sales pipeline, processing payments, and building strong relationships with clients.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets
- Manage a sales pipeline, including lead generation, qualification, and conversion
- Process payments and send service agreements to clients
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients
- Attend daily sales huddles and company-wide training events
- Proven experience in sales, especially in remote or high-ticket sales
- Must be located in North America
- Available full-time, with a hunger for growth and learning
- Fluent in English with excellent communication skills
- Open-minded, coachable, and eager to improve
- Professional, prompt, and courteous
- Self-motivated and competitive, driven by success
- 100% commission-based – no base salary, but no ceiling on earnings
- Earn 5-15% commission on cash collected from closed deals
- Deal sizes range from $5,000 to $100,000, with uncapped commission potential
