Front Desk Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Front Desk Manager to join our team at Magnolia Houston. As a key member of our front office team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring a smooth and memorable experience from arrival to departure.
Key Responsibilities- Assist with the day-to-day management of front office operations, ensuring seamless communication and coordination with all team members.
- Provide expert knowledge of hotel services, features, and policies to anticipate and respond to guest inquiries promptly and accurately.
- Promote and track departmental and organizational initiatives, such as upsell programs and loyalty schemes.
- Maintain and execute departmental and hotel policies, including key control procedures, accurate billing, and safety protocols.
- Instill a calm and organized approach when interacting with guests in stressful situations.
- Ensure sufficient staffing to meet daily business demands and maintain confidentiality of guest information.
- Foster strong relationships with team members across all departments through effective communication and regular face-to-face interaction.
- Minimum of one year supervisory experience in a high-volume setting.
- Previous hospitality experience in a Four Diamond quality organization preferred.
- Ability to effectively communicate and provide directions in a clear, concise, and professional manner.
- Must be available to work varied shifts and flexible schedules.
