Position Overview
DVS is in search of a skilled, full-time Client Engagement Strategist to enhance our team. The ideal candidate will possess a friendly demeanor, high motivation, and a keen attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities
1. **Strategic Leadership**: Guide clients in formulating and implementing extensive, multi-channel marketing strategies that encompass measurable goals and target audience profiles.
2. **Project Management**: Oversee multiple project timelines, collaborating with both internal and external stakeholders under the guidance of cross-functional team leaders.
3. **Operational Collaboration**: Work alongside the Operations Manager to define project parameters, develop timelines, and track progress, ensuring adherence to deadlines and budget constraints.
4. **Data Analysis**: Evaluate and interpret data to enhance the effectiveness of client campaigns, ensuring alignment with established objectives.
5. **Relationship Building**: Cultivate strong, trusting relationships with clients, offering guidance and support throughout the strategy, ideation, and execution phases.
6. **Expectation Management**: Address client concerns proactively, presenting potential solutions to any issues that arise.
7. **Business Development**: Engage in initiatives aimed at acquiring new business opportunities.
8. **Remote Work Adaptability**: Operate effectively as a mobile worker, demonstrating flexibility in a dynamic environment.

Desired Qualifications
- Proficient understanding of digital marketing strategies, including website development, PPC advertising, and social media management.
- Experience in project management with a focus on meeting deadlines.
- Strong analytical thinking skills to provide data-driven solutions to diverse marketing challenges.
- Exceptional communication, organizational, and writing abilities.
- Capacity to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented setting.
- Positive attitude and adaptability in collaborative environments.
- Familiarity with CRM software such as HubSpot.
- Proficient in Google Apps (Drive, Calendar, etc.).

Experience Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years in Account Management, preferably at a strategic level.

Additional Information
Employment Type: Full-time
Compensation: Starting at $65,000+ based on experience.
