Key Responsibilities for our Junior Client Relations Specialist:
  • Provide exceptional client service while sharing insights about products and services to both existing and prospective clients
  • Address client inquiries and concerns with skill, transforming challenges into opportunities while maintaining a friendly and professional attitude
  • Keep precise and updated records of client interactions and information
  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of all products and services to improve client interactions
  • Engage in team meetings to enhance client service skills, receive tailored training, and connect with senior management
Preferred Qualifications for our Junior Client Relations Specialist:
  • 1-3 years of experience in client service, sales, or in retail, hospitality, or restaurant settings
  • Outstanding communication abilities
  • High emotional intelligence and strong interpersonal skills
  • Capability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
