Responsibilities:
In this position, you will assist our social media team in delivering high-quality content and management for our clients. This includes:
  • Conducting social media research and evaluations
  • Creating and developing content for social media, including text, graphics, and videos
  • Analyzing and reporting on performance metrics
  • Publishing social content and optimizing it for each platform
  • Managing community interactions and engagement
  • Ensuring accuracy and timeliness in client deliverables
  • Handling multiple projects for various clients
  • Assisting with influencer marketing campaigns
  • Supporting paid advertising initiatives
  • Researching and brainstorming new content ideas and opportunities for our clients on social media
We seek individuals who demonstrate hard work, accuracy, creativity, and the ability to manage multiple tasks while providing strong team support.
The ideal attributes are:
  • Familiarity with social media platforms such as LinkedIn, Meta, Twitter, Pinterest, YouTube, and TikTok
  • Proven skills in online research
  • Knowledge of social media scheduling tools
  • Strong understanding of social media content creation and development
  • Demonstrated writing skills through work, internships, or academic experiences
  • A genuine passion for the industry and a desire to expand your knowledge
  • Excellent communication abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft applications including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
  • Commitment to the firm's overall mission
  • Contribution to a positive company culture
Preferred education and experience
  • Pursuing a degree in communication, journalism, public relations, or a related field
  • Preference for seniors
