Work Arrangement:

This position offers a hybrid work model, allowing you to spend three days in the office and two days working remotely after completing your training.

The work schedule is flexible, with hours typically ranging from Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 8 PM, including rotating Saturday shifts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming calls in a dynamic setting.
  • Assist clients with inquiries regarding their accounts.
  • Support customers facing overdraft situations.
  • Draft correspondence and ensure follow-up on customer communications.
  • Provide assistance in online banking, mobile banking, and bill payment services.
  • Facilitate the opening of new accounts online.
  • Process stop payments, card disputes, and fax requests.
  • Offer clerical support for report preparation and account monitoring.
  • Escalate issues as necessary.
  • Manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
  • Perform additional responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree in a relevant field preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable with new technologies.
  • Experience in a branch or customer service setting is essential.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including late shifts and 1-2 Saturdays each month.
