The Client Engagement Analyst plays a pivotal role in assisting the National Solutions Manager with comprehensive reporting, financial oversight, and operational tasks.
This role also entails managing a portfolio of key clients and serving as the primary contact for their trade promotion management requirements.
Key Responsibilities
1. Analyze client payments to identify discrepancies and strategize for collections, utilizing advanced reporting tools and critical thinking skills.
2. Monitor and evaluate the performance of Business Manager Assistants against established client KPIs.
3. Facilitate the onboarding and training of new associates within Campbell's systems.
4. Oversee monthly aged claims, collaborating with business managers and finance partners to address outstanding deductions and develop resolution plans.
5. Act as the System Administrator for the Trade Promotion Management System, providing support to end users and implementing necessary configuration updates.
6. Fulfill additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Educational Background:
Bachelor's degree is preferred.
Licensing:
A valid driver's license is required.
Experience Requirements:
- 5-8 years of experience in food brokerage or the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) industry, particularly in sales administration, is highly desirable.
- Proven experience in customer service and client relationship management.
- Familiarity with Trade Promotion Management in a food manufacturing context is advantageous.
- Experience in accounting, auditing, and account reconciliation is essential.
- Background in system integration is beneficial.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Proficient in advanced reporting and analytical techniques.
- Expertise in Microsoft Excel at an advanced level.
- Strong training, presentation, and communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a matrix reporting environment.
- Willingness to travel (approximately 20%).
- A commitment to championing client needs and fostering collaboration across the organization.
- Demonstrates initiative and a willingness to take calculated risks.
