As a Financial Audit Specialist, you will engage in various auditing tasks, including assessments, compilations, and financial procedures across multiple sectors and organizations. You will also play a crucial role in the preparation of tax filings for these entities.

This position provides a unique opportunity to collaborate with team members at all levels of the organization, from entry-level interns to senior partners, as you gain comprehensive exposure to the auditing process for our clients.

We seek individuals who are innovative, intelligent, and highly motivated, possessing outstanding communication and teamwork abilities.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with clients to gain insights into their operations, industry specifics, organizational structure, accounting practices, and business objectives.
- Work within engagement teams, acquiring knowledge of all facets of audit, review, or compilation assignments.
- Assist in the creation of financial statements and reports for clients.
- Learn to conduct evaluations of internal control systems and assess associated risks.
- Identify and relay any accounting or reporting concerns to supervisors and partners.
- Prepare tax returns for various entities.
- Organize and prioritize tasks to meet project and client deadlines effectively.
- Demonstrate a readiness to embrace new technologies and methodologies.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting.
- Intent to successfully complete the CPA examination.
- Strong collaborative, communicative, and analytical skills.
- Willingness to travel to client sites as necessary.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Relevant experience through internships or summer employment is advantageous.
- Familiarity with ProSystem Fx products is a plus.
