About the Role

Hireio, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Channel Business Development Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing channel expansion and sales strategies in the U.S. yacht market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Market Expansion: Develop and implement channel expansion and sales strategies in the U.S. yacht market.
  • Channel Development: Establish and manage nationwide offline sales channels. Plan and execute marketing activities to enhance brand awareness.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Maintain close contact with key customers, providing excellent service and support. Handle customer feedback and complaints to improve satisfaction.
  • Sales Goals: Set and achieve sales targets to ensure business growth. Analyze market data and sales performance, providing business improvement suggestions.
  • Team Management: Recruit, train, and manage the sales team. Motivate team members to enhance overall performance.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of channel development experience in the yacht, luxury goods, or related industries.
  • Extensive customer resources and industry connections.
  • Excellent market analysis and strategy formulation skills.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to adapt to frequent travel.
  • Innovative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong teamwork and leadership skills.
