Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Building and Office Setup:
    • Establish a high-performing team from the ground up, including office location selection, setup, and recruitment.
    • Develop and implement effective management systems and processes.
  • Local Market Activities:

  • Customer Support:

Requirements:

  • Experienced in general management/sales&marketing/operation in premium hardware or electronic consumer goods industry, prefer with 8~15 years related works experiences.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Salary: Competitive base salary with a potential increase of 20-50%, negotiable based on experience and performance.
