Position Summary
We are in search of a dynamic and skilled outreach coordinator who can effectively generate results through strategic business development and ensure a seamless sales process. Experience in private pay homecare marketing is preferred and compensation will be aligned with experience.
This role will serve as a representative for Tradition Home Health Care - FL within the community, driving revenue by establishing a robust network of industry referrals. The outreach coordinator will engage with hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, assisted living communities, and other providers in the senior care sector. Additionally, the candidate will be tasked with identifying, cultivating, and sustaining referral sources. Responsibilities will include attending community events to enhance awareness of Tradition Home Health Care - FL's mission and values. This position will report directly to the VP of Business Development.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure that marketing communications are synchronized, including the creation and distribution of all marketing materials; aligning with marketing plan objectives and organizational budget requirements in collaboration with the Sales team.
- Schedule appointments and manage outreach activities with hospitals, social workers, case managers, community partners, and other healthcare professionals to boost new professional referrals and nurture existing relationships for continued growth.
- Design and execute marketing campaigns.
- Monitor and report on marketing initiatives.
- Meet or surpass referral targets on a quarterly and annual basis.
- Lead in the management and development of joint ventures, affiliations, and partnership opportunities.
- Implement the company's business marketing strategy and achieve key milestones and revenue goals; develop comprehensive knowledge of competitive product offerings and tailor strategies accordingly; provide senior management with up-to-date competitive insights; define product features and differentiators.
- Exhibit strong problem-solving skills, continuously assessing and addressing both simple and complex challenges for referrals and clients.
- Manage daily communications between clients and our team effectively.
- 1-3 years of experience in sales or marketing within homecare or a related field.
- A strong desire to learn and a comprehensive understanding of healthcare, sales, and marketing.
- Experience in submitting regular reports to management.
- All community liaisons are expected to have a natural curiosity and participate in local networking and educational events.
- Strong customer service orientation for both internal and external clients, with a professional demeanor and the ability to handle confidential information.

- Strong interpersonal skills, good judgment, and the capacity to communicate effectively with a diverse range of individuals.
