Key Responsibilities

Media Research & Engagement:

  • Assist in compiling comprehensive media lists for entertainment projects.

Strategic Planning & Campaign Execution:

  • Work collaboratively to develop impactful publicity strategies for entertainment projects.
  • Plan and implement publicity campaigns, ensuring involvement from all relevant stakeholders to achieve success.

Submission Planning & Execution:

  • Create and execute submission plans for publicity initiatives.
  • Utilize social media tactics to enhance client visibility.
  • Identify and engage media influencers to support client objectives.
  • Ensure submission plans are carried out effectively and efficiently.

Content Creation:

  • Draft compelling press materials, pitch letters, and promotional content.
  • Responsible for writing press releases and pitches that capture attention.

Performance Analysis:

  • Monitor the effectiveness of publicity campaigns and provide regular updates to the Publicity Lead.
  • Assist in evaluating media coverage and audience engagement.

Qualifications:

Required:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.

  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Preferred:

  • Experience within the entertainment sector.
  • Proficiency in Japanese is a plus.
