Key Responsibilities

Media Outreach & Research:

  • Assist in compiling comprehensive national and regional media lists for entertainment projects.
  • Engage with media outlets to secure coverage for productions.
  • Develop and nurture relationships with media professionals.
  • Ensure that proposals align with client objectives and expectations.

Strategic Planning & Campaign Execution:

  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to formulate effective publicity strategies for entertainment projects.
  • Plan and implement publicity campaigns, involving all relevant parties to guarantee successful outcomes that meet client goals.

Submission Planning & Execution:

  • Create and execute submission plans for publicity campaigns.
  • Implement social media tactics on behalf of clients.
  • Identify and engage media influencers to advocate for clients.
  • Ensure that submission plans are carried out efficiently and effectively.

Content Creation:

  • Draft compelling press materials, pitch letters, and promotional content.
  • Responsible for writing press releases and media pitches.

Performance Analysis:

  • Monitor the effectiveness of publicity campaigns and provide regular updates to the Publicity Lead.
  • Assist in evaluating media coverage and audience engagement.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Foster and maintain positive relationships with various media outlets (print, broadcast, online, blogs, etc.).
  • Collaborate effectively with team members to align with the company's mission and vision.
  • Exhibit professionalism in interactions with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders.

Qualifications:

Required:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Prior experience in public relations, publicity, or a similar role.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Familiarity with media outlets and industry influencers.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Preferred:

  • Experience within the entertainment sector.
  • Proficiency in Japanese is a plus.
