Cinema Coordinator

The Role…
At Soho House the Cinema Coordinator is on-site at our West Hollywood location and responsible for providing part-time support focused on administrative duties for cinema programming in North America.
A successful Cinema Coordinator will have a strong attention to detail and a passion for all things cinema.
Main Duties
• Provide general administrative support for the day-to-day logistics of cinema programming and film events.
• Assist with the collection and organization of assets for monthly film selections.
• Provide weekend support and assist in monitoring weekly film deliveries and confirming with cinema managers that all content is received in advance and KDM keys are correct.
• Assist with the coordination of in-person Q&A sessions as needed.
• Role is 24 hours a week.
Required Skills/Qualifications
- Passion for the film industry.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel and Word.
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions.
- Strong attention to detail and organization.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexible schedule, evenings and weekends are required.
Physical Requirements
- Must be able to seize, grasp, turn and hold objects with hands.
- Must be able to work on your feet for at least 8 hours.
- Fast paced movements are required to go from one part of the club to others.
- Must be able to move, pull, carry, or lift at least 40 pounds.
- Occasionally kneel, bend, crouch and climb as required.
