Job Overview

Position: Payroll Specialist (Temporary)
Location: Remote
Job Type: Contract (3-6 months), Fully Onsite, Full Time
Compensation: $32 - $36 per hour based on experience

We are seeking a skilled Payroll Specialist to become a vital part of our client's workforce on a temporary basis. The successful candidate will have a strong background in payroll management, particularly with UltiPro (UKG), and will be adept at handling payroll processes and benefits administration. Precision and confidentiality are paramount as you will manage sensitive employee information.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Overseeing payroll data for a substantial employee base
  • Ensuring the integrity and accuracy of all payroll system entries
  • Maintaining the confidentiality and security of employee records
  • Responding to payroll-related inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Assisting with annual payroll reporting tasks
  • Performing additional related duties as required
Qualifications:
  • At least 2 years of experience in payroll processing using UltiPro (UKG)
  • Experience with UltiPro (UKG) is essential.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
  • Capability to work both independently and as part of a team
