Client Relations Specialist
Overview: The primary function of the Client Relations Specialist (CRS) is to deliver outstanding customer support to our key account portfolio. This will be achieved through project management, information gathering and dissemination, effective communication with clients and production facilities, and proactively identifying opportunities to enhance the value we provide to our clients. The role will also encompass all facets of managing internal accounts, addressing customer concerns, and facilitating a smooth transition into the role through initial orders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Creation of sales orders and job documentation
- Job initiation and workflow management
- Layout requests for CAD
- New business evaluation and meetings
- Combo order processing and accurate specification generation
- Management of graphic assets
- Oversight of press checks
- Coordination of shipping releases
- Client interaction and support
- Preparation of monthly sales forecasts
- Board forecasting activities
- Resolution of quality concerns and non-conformance reports
- Development and growth of accounts
- Request for quotes for existing clients
- Ability to work a standard 8-hour day with potential overtime
Required Skills:
- Strong understanding of customer account management principles
- Familiarity with ERP systems, preferably SAP
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficient time management and prioritization abilities
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Mathematical proficiency, including the ability to perform calculations with various units of measure
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
Education and Experience:
A minimum of a two-year college degree or equivalent experience in a related field is required. Candidates should possess two to four years of relevant experience or training.
