As a(n) Mortgage Sales Area Manager within PNC's Mortgage division, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing operations.

As a Mortgage Sales Area Manager within PNC's Mortgage division, you will be responsible for managing the Dallas / Ft. Worth, TX area.Key Responsibilities
  • Oversees home-lending production for a team of mortgage loan officers and support personnel, ensuring alignment with PNC's core values and maintaining business integrity.
  • Coordinates the efforts of mortgage loan officers in promoting and delivering products and services.
  • Develops, retains, and nurtures a high-performing sales team to effectively cover the designated market area.
  • Enhances productivity through strategic sales initiatives and effective use of marketing resources. Collaborates with internal and external partners to formulate both long-term and short-term sales strategies.
  • Aligns operational activities with customer experience expectations.
