Job Summary

American Neighborhood Mortgage Acceptance Company LLC is seeking dedicated and licensed Internal Mortgage Loan Originators to ensure a consistent flow of loan applications through various channels, including referrals, real estate professionals, and company-generated leads. Ideal candidates will possess relevant experience in the mortgage sector. The key responsibilities for the Internal Mortgage Loan Originator role include, but are not limited to:
  • Manage incoming leads from real estate agents, contractors, builders, and clients.
  • Assist borrowers in completing loan applications by gathering necessary information.
  • Evaluate the financial situation of potential borrowers to pre-qualify them for mortgage options.
  • Guide clients through the home buying and financing journey, explaining different loan products and their associated costs.
  • Provide necessary disclosures to clients, including truth in lending and good faith estimates.
  • Advise clients on credit issues and assist in resolving them.
  • Maintain ongoing communication with clients, real estate agents, and lenders throughout the application process.
  • Complete all required training programs within specified timelines.
Qualifications
  • Possession of the appropriate state license or certification (requirements vary by state).
  • Comprehensive understanding of pricing and underwriting standards from various mortgage insurance providers.
  • Familiarity with credit underwriting and property eligibility criteria for FNMA, FHLMC, FHA, VA, and private investors.
  • Knowledge of local, state, and federal regulations related to mortgage lending.
  • Exceptional communication skills and the ability to analyze financial data effectively.
  • Self-motivated with a strong sales orientation.
