Job Summary

US Foods, Inc. is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Territory Sales Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers, identifying new business opportunities, and driving sales growth in your assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Relationship Management: Foster strong relationships with existing customers, understand their business needs, and provide value-added services to drive sales growth.
  • New Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, develop and execute sales strategies to acquire new customers, and expand existing customer relationships.
  • Sales Performance: Meet or exceed sales targets, manage sales pipeline, and analyze sales data to optimize sales performance.
  • Market Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments to provide valuable insights to customers and drive sales growth.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Effectively communicate with internal stakeholders, including sales leadership, marketing, and operations teams, to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies.
Requirements
  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience: 1+ year of sales experience preferred, with a strong background in foodservice industry, culinary, restaurant management, or hospitality.
  • Skills: Excellent oral and written communication skills, presentation abilities, and problem-solving skills. Ability to build internal and external relationships, cold call to develop new business, and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Certifications/Training: Valid driver's license required, and motor vehicle record must be in good standing.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Foodservice Industry Experience: Previous experience in foodservice industry, culinary, restaurant management, or hospitality.
  • CRM Experience: Experience using customer relationship management tools, such as Salesforce.
